Feast of St. Ignatius of Antioch

October 17 @ 11:30 am - 1:00 pm

“I prefer death in Christ Jesus to power over the farthest limits of the earth. He who died in place of us is the one object of my quest. He who rose for our sakes is my one desire.” – St. Ignatius of Antioch

The second Bishop of Antioch, St. Ignatius was deeply devoted to his faith & an early martyr of the Church. His letters are a treasure to the Catholic Church & still exist today. In fact, he is credited as the first to use the word “catholic” to describe the whole Church. You can read more about this fascinating saint on Catholic.org’s website, as they do a great job providing details about his life, including some of his writings: https://tinyurl.com/mr3em437
Join us for a livestream of the Rosary and Holy Mass, beginning at 11:30am daily.
